Bamboo Agri Park — proving the model at scale
We’re currently advising a major Indian player on a Bamboo Agri Park across roughly 3,000 acres — a single facility designed to hold production and processing under one roof instead of splitting them across sites, so the seam between the two stages is designed away rather than managed after the fact.
The park is being developed with the bamboo board and other premier Indian institutes, with return on investment set as the design constraint from day one — not a metric applied afterward.
